Real Estate Photography styles and techniques

There are lots of different real estate photography techniques, but what works the best to get that high end look is using flambient photography. This works much better than HDR and bracketed photography as it gives true colour accuracy. When relying on natural light, you will get lots of colour casts and colour spills which you can’t fully correct in post processing. Using flambient photography gets everything colour correct in camera and then blending the exposures together in photoshop using luminosity masks. You can then add window pulls, giving nice clear views out through the windows. These however need to be done carefully as a lot of photos I see make it look fake and unrealistic.

Why Choose Property Media….

I cater for all types of business and my goal is to build long standing business clients who I work with on a regular basis. I work with you to get what you want. In terms of payments there are a few different ways we can work. You can get billed for each job as we go but if you prefer we can go onto monthly credits which simplifies the accounts and everything is done in one payment.

All your photos are edited and uploaded to your own private online gallery normally within 48 hours of the shoot date. This is depending on the size of job we are working on and which services you book in with me. For example, property photos of a 4 bedroom property will be turned around within 24 hours. Something like Virtual Staging could take 72 hours or more depending on its complexity.
