My name is Mark Stinchon, founder of Property Media Burnley and professional photographer.

I’ve been running a professional photography business since 2009, originally specialising in weddings before naturally expanding into property and real estate photography through my work with wedding venues and high-end locations.

Since 2018, I’ve worked extensively with Airbnb, photographing short-term lets and unique properties across the region, and I’m proud to now sit on the Airbnb Photography Advisory Board. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how property imagery directly impacts bookings, enquiries, and buyer interest.

Based in Burnley, I primarily cover Burnley and Pendle, while also regularly working across the North West, including Cumbria and the Lake District, for clients such as estate agents, Airbnb hosts, architects, and interior designers.

My approach is simple: create clean, consistent, high-quality imagery that helps properties stand out — while keeping the process quick, professional, and easy for clients.
